Old Bay Insurance Agency is an independent agency that serves the insurance needs of Annapolis, Baltimore and Washington D.C.. The term “independent” means that we serve our clients and find the right company for your needs. We have a variety of insurance companies to choose from and we realize this helps you, the customer, find the right policy at the right price. Finding the right company is our service to you and we take it very seriously.  We understand that your insurance budget changes periodically, so when you feel it is necessary to compare your current insurance let us know.  We will compare your Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Business Insurance, Recreational vehicle insurance and Life Insurance. We represent a number of nationally recognized companies who have a continued commitment to the policyholder.

The owner of the agency is Neal Tatterson, a native of Annapolis, MD. Neal’s approach to his agency is to be available to his clients when they need him. Neal has a tremendous support staff who assist him with running the agency and servicing his policyholder’s. His assistant, Sharon Richards, has been in the insurance industry since she was 15 when her father ran his own agency. She has over 40 years of experience in serving policyholder’s with all questions and needs with their policy. Old Bay Insurance also has two additional agents, Joel Sowells and Kevin Peterson, who can provide service to their clients and offer new products when the need arises.
